Type THHN cable is suitable for most current wiring solutions for residential, commercial and industrial environments. It is used in service entrance, feeders and branch circuits for permanent installations. Because of its protective covering, it is ideal for installing in petrochemical plants or service stations. The 1/0 AWG and larger cables can be installed in cable trays. Due to their high thermal resistance, THHN conductors are used for appliances wiring.

Cables are rated 600 volts, 90°C in wet or dry locations, and are UL listed for use as branch circuit wiring in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

    Type MTW/AWM/TEW HOOK-UP WIRE - 600V, PVC Insulation Single Conductor, 105°C Dry Location 60°C Wet Location

    Type MTW/AWM/TEW is primarily used as wiring in machine tools, appliances, and in various building applications as specified by the National Electrical Code. MTW/AWM/TEW conductors are stranded, soft-annealed copper. The conductors are then insulated with a tough polyvinyl chloride (PVC), making the wire heat, moisture, and oil-resistant. The wire meets the requirements of the National Electrical Code and is listed by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. and Canadian Standards Association.

  • MTW & AWM is flame retardant and meets the UL VW-1 flame test (TEW is FT1 rated)

These wires are manufactured to UL standard Type THW. The solid bare copper conductor is insulated with a moisture-resistant, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation .

     Cathodic Protection Cable

    TYPE CP CATHODIC PROTECTION CABLE - 600 Volt, HMW-PE Insulation, Stranded Conductor, 75°C Dry

    Type CP Cable is a stranded copper conductor insulated with a black high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) compound that provides excellent abrasion, crush, chemical, oil and moisture resistance. Designed for use in Cathodic systems to protect against galvanic and electrolytic corrosion of underground or submerged metallic objects. These cables are designed to provide protection by acting as a DC feeder cable to electrically charged metallic structures. The negative potential applied to these structures offsets the natural effects of electrolysis and corrosion which would otherwise occur. Specifically applied to underground pipelines, dams and lock gates, fresh or salt water steel piles, tanks, condensers, and ship hulls.
