Type SRGT is a high temperature, fire resistant, single conductor lead wire, for applications where flexibility, resistance to abrasion, oil and other fluids is desired. This wire is widely used in refineries, chemical plants, and finishing mills in steel plants, where the continuous ambient temperature does not exceed 200°C. This insulated wire will maintain circuit integrity during fire conditions for more than one hour.

    FEP HIGH TEMPERATURE LEAD - 600 Volt, FEP Insulation, FEP Jacket, Stranded Single Conductor, 200°C Dry Location

    FEP wire is a single conductor lead wire with resistance to moisture and fluid. The extruded fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) insulation and extruded fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) jacket allow the cable diameter to be 20-30% smaller than conventional cable. FEP offers optimum insulation for smaller applications at half the space of other cable constructions. FEP meets FDA Code 121.2555 requirements for appliances and machines used in food-contact applications.

    Type TGGT high-temperature cable is a tough treated glass braid and servings that permit the product to withstand repeated flexing and severe mechanical abuse. TGGT is moisture resistant, chemically inert and manufactured with heat-stable materials. Primarily used for internal wiring of commercial, industrial and household ovens, cooking and drying equipment. The cable is also suited for severe hot spot locations in industrial processing; blast furnaces, soaking pit banks and coke plant wiring.

    Type MGT cable is a specially constructed high temperature lead wire especially suited for furnaces, ovens, kilns, heaters and other high temperature applications. It is also suitable for use as a high temperature resistance heating cable. The wire is well suited for presses and extruders, hot gates, etc. Excellent cutting and stripping characteristics, make the lead wire ideal for high-volume manufacturing and assembly.

    MCS Furnace Cable is designed for use in very high temperature applications as a single conductor lead wire. It is recommended for use in areas that are exposed to high temperature with a minimum of flexing after installation. These cables contain no asbestos.
