Diesel Locomotive Cable is designed for use as motor and power leads where flexibility and portability are required. DLO cables are also suitable for use in wiring diesel-electric locomotives, railroad and transit cars, earth moving equipment, offshore drilling rigs, storage batteries, charging equipment. The highly flexible cable is constructed of Ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation and heavy-duty chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE) jacket. Type DLO cables are highly heat, oil and moisture-resistant, extremely flexible, and can sustain 75°C wet/90°C dry operating temperatures.
