VARIBLE FREQUENCY DRIVE (VFD) POWER CABLE - 2000 Volt,
Gexolr Insulation, PVC Jacket, Three Conductor, Stranded Copper, 110°C Dry, Wet
VFD power cables are shielded, flexible motor supply cable for variable speed drives subject to non-linear power distortions. This cable is used to interconnect an AC variable frequency drive or control system, to an AC variable frequency motor. Variable Frequency AC motor drive output cables are subject to a harsh operating environment characterized by high voltage spikes, high noise levels and adverse environmental conditions. VFD cables were designed to overcome the shortcomings of unshielded tray cables, single conductor lead wire installed in conduit or continuously welded armored cable typically used in this application. This cable is constructed with Gexolr insulation and an UV and oil resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket.
For installation in trays, raceways, troughs, channels, ducts, conduit, and by direct burial
Highly flexible tinned copper conductors with high strand counts
Easy to install and able to withstand tight minimum bending radii even during heavy vibration
Disperses voltage spikes, harmonics, and power distortions associated with variable frequency drives
Inner jacket is used to protect the insulation from the braid shield and to lower the capacitive interaction between the shield and power conductors
UV and oil resistant; Heat and moisture resistant
Maximum continuous conductor temperature: 110°C DRY, 110°C WET

| | Application: AC variable frequency drive or control system, to an AC variable frequency motor | | Type MMV 1 Conductor

TYPE MMV MEDIUM VOLTAGE MARINE CABLE - 5000/8000/15000 Volt,
EPR Insulation, Thermoset Jacket, Stranded Single Conductor, 90°C
Type MMV medium voltage marine cables utilize flexible stranded conductors, braided armor (when armored) which make them very suitable for applications involving repeated flexing and high vibration. These cables have a small bending radius for easy installation. The increased flexibility of this cable allows for termination of one end and coiling on multiple module offshore platforms. Then coiling and terminating other end when modules are mated at sea thereby reducing installation time. These cables are for use aboard commercial ships, mobile offshore drilling units (MODUs), and fixed or floating offhore facilities.
Small bending radius for easy installation
Sunlight, oil, chemical and abrasion resistant
Passes IEC 332-3 Category A IEEE 1202 flame tests
Maximum continuous conductor temperature: 90°C
